About Us:
Building Code Services International (BCSI) is a Colorado corporation formed to provide code expertise to federal, state and local jurisdictions, school districts and designers.
We provide code consulting, plan review, inspections and code administrative support to building and fire departments in addition to state and federal agencies.
Our plan review team includes certified plans examiners, a structural engineer, a mechanical engineer, an electrical engineer and a fire protection engineer. Small residential projects, tenant finish projects and like projects are reviewed by trained plan reviewers for efficiency.
While we provide full building department services we also provide services that are normally outside the scope of building departments but which are related to the construction industry. We provide expertise in Legacy Codes such as the Uniform Codes, Canadian Codes and the International Codes, and also provide expertise in fire codes, NFPA codes, HAZMAT, special inspections, quality control, elevator codes and inspections, and integrated design services.
This range of experience serves us well when relating to designers, contractors and building owners who require these services. Our team of practicing engineers and architects are also code experts who provide commercial plan review services. A multi-faceted approach to resolve code design issues has proven very valuable to our clients.
